Flyeread refund policy:

a) You can get a refund if Flyeread accidently billed you, there was fraudulent activity or you experienced technical issues.
b) If you are dissatisfied with the service provided you may be eligible for a refund. Please call 1-844-401-8276 for further assistance. For a fuller description, please read our Terms of Service.

Note:
Give 24 hours for a confirmation email to arrive after requesting a refund. Your account will receive the refund within 7 days. Call 1-844-401-8276 if you have other questions about our refund policy.

If your membership has been cancelled a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging this. You will retain access until the subscription period expires. Should you receive a bill on your bank statement after this please contact our customer service team at 1-844-401-8276 who will look into this for you.
